Trying to sleep the night before Andrea and Benito’s engagement session was like a kid on Christmas Eve. I was SO excited to spend time with this sweet couple and get them comfy in front of the camera! We met at Mingo Creek Park and when I arrived I was blown away by how simple and gorgeous this park is. There is a beautiful flowing creek, covered bridges, sprawling fields and beautiful buildings. I had SUCH a hard time narrowing down where I wanted to take this couple!
Andrea and I had been stalking the weather forecast all week and I assured her that the weather would be perfect. Only problem was, as I got in my car to head to the session I heard a rumble of thunder. Luckily, there was only a small rain shower that passed by quickly. When Andrea, Benito and I had met up we crossed our fingers that the rain would have cooled down the evening. . .and holy moly. . .we were wrong. It got so hot and so humid and these two were in it to win it. I don’t know if you can win at engagement sessions. . .but they did!
Andrea continued to flash the most beautiful smiles and infectious laughs. While Benito continued to reassure Andrea that she looked absolutely stunning while making her laugh and providing some much needed comic relief. Both Benito and Andrea hung in there through the muggy-ness and sweat to showcase the sweet, simple and honest love that they share.
These two are just gorgeous to look at but even more beautiful to spend time with. Andrea and Benito will be getting married this fall at Phipps Conservatory. If I was this excited for their engagement session, it is possible that I might not be able to sleep days before their wedding in anticipation. I am so blessed to be a part of their lives.
